As we approach the threshold of Season 6, we keep returning to a conversation from a past episode with pastor and artist Mandy Smith.

Mandy names a reality we must confront: traditional institutions are losing their resonance. Right now, artists are being summoned to step up because they capture the eyes and ears of our culture in a way traditional institutions simply don't.

That is a profound realization, but it carries a severe amount of weight. If artists are the ones entrusted with shaping a community's imagination, who is discipling the artist's perception?

This is the frontier we are exploring together in Season 6. We are deliberately outgrowing the questions that keep us small and leaning into what it means to be faithful stewards of the imagination.
