The Quiet Work: Living the Fruit of the Spirit
REGISTRATION JULY 25 - SEPTEMBER 19

In this 6-week group and video meditation series, we’ll explore the deep and transformative message of scripture, discovering what it means to remain rooted in Christ and live from a place of true connection with Him.

Each week, you’ll receive a new, original meditation that invites you to reflect on a different aspect of this powerful passage. Then, we’ll meet to share where God is moving in our everyday lives.

This collective centers on the sacred invitation of Galatians 5:22–23 to cultivate the inner life of the Spirit. Each meditation will gently explore one or two of the nine spiritual fruits—such as love, joy, peace, or self-control—not as personal achievements, but as evidence of God’s quiet work within us.

This series will consider how Spirit-bearing lives resist the chaos of the world with grace, maturity, and a deep rootedness in divine presence.

What You Need to Know

  • Spiritual Collectives offer you the opportunity to cultivate Holy Listening, a practice of listening to God's voice in scripture, daily life, and community, helping you find peace, purpose, and a deeper connection with both God and others.

Each collective houses an intimate setting of 5-8 people, who come together weekly for 6 weeks (in-person or online) to practice holy listening. We learn to pray in a way that feels genuine and effortless, allowing your connection with God to flow naturally.

  • [REFLECTION]

Each week you’ll receive an original scripture meditation video around the theme. To help you integrate the scripture into daily life, we've included a Spiritual Inventory. It is a set of questions to guide your reflections for the week.

Set aside time each day to review the passage, meditate, and listen for God's whisper.

    [HOLY LISTENING]

During the weekly 60-minute group meeting, we come together to practice "Holy Listening."

We will share our insights in response to two main questions:

    • What is God saying to me?

    • What will I do about it?

In the group, we will take turns sharing our thoughts. As a group, we will listen without judgment or commentary. The space is designed for gentle accountability and support.

Our Spiritual Collective is not a Bible study or discussion group. It is a sacred space to deepen your awareness of God's voice in everyday life. Our facilitators, from curious seekers to seasoned Christians, will guide you. They will lead you through Scripture meditations. The meditations blend ancient wisdom, modern views, and artful thoughts.

  • Main Questions

    • What is God saying to me?

    • What will I do about it?

    Other Questions to Consider:

    • Where is God present for you in this week's meditation?

    • How did the meditation speak to you?

    • What thoughts or questions arose?

    • Are you affirmed or challenged in your current actions or beliefs?

    • What insights or questions are you left with?

    • Are there actions you feel challenged to change or lean deeper into?

    • What has God been saying to you about these in the interim?

  • The Collective groups run for 6 weeks.

We limit the groups to 8 people so register early.

Groups meet weekly for 90 minutes.

We have groups online. We also have in person groups for those in the DC metro area at the Lab in Alexandria, VA.

“The Collective was really transformative. I love the style and approach of how you designed this. It’s so original and different from anything I’ve been involved in, and to be in a space with other artists/creators of faith was so wonderfully refreshing!!”

- Clark H.

“The Spiritual Collective helped me learn to listen more and slow down a bit - things that sound easy to do but do not just happen naturally - to make time to ask what God is saying to me. This unique group approach also allows for God to speak through others’ listening, insights, questions, and struggles. I felt like the whole group was sharing a common spiritual journey.”

- Jeffrey P.
